A) If the reason for cancellation is a support related issue please submit a help desk ticket HERE and our technicians will resolve your issue within minutes. It is best to document all your help desk issues as they can instantly recall old tickets and keep track of all your previous problems. This is the reason why we do not offer telephone support. Help Desk response and resolution times will amaze you.

B) If the reason for cancellation is you found a better offer from another provider then please read this carefully, it could save you allot of future headaches.

Let's use godaddy as an example:
They have a plan that consists of Unlimited Space and Bandwidth for $14.99 per month. Now let us explain how they can offer so much at a cheap rate. The bottom line is they can't. There is no such thing as an unlimited hard drive or bandwidth, it's a lie. The hosting industry relies on a shared server environment, which means they need to put many customers (hundreds) on a single server to produce a profit after many expenses (technicians, advertising, servers, bandwidth providers, etc.). To date, the largest hard drive in existence is 2TB. There is no way they will let you come close to using Unlimited Anything before they suspend your account for a small detail in their terms of service (the page in small print that nobody ever reads).

The reason they keep upgrading their offers online is basic web hosting competition. They obviously know most customers are looking at the largest disk space and bandwidth for the cheapest price. So it's a web hosting war. The problem is it's unethical and our company will have no part in it. We offer what we can provide.

Now if you need a little more space or bandwidth we can work with you before you cancel.

C) The bottom line!
What it comes down to in a professional web hosting company is uptime and fast support. Our servers are always online and we have backup systems in place in case of an emergency. Our support response and resolution times are usually within 15 minutes, which is unheard of in this business. Most other companies will make you wait 24-48 hours before you get a response, so please reconsider your cancellation if they are for any of the above reasons.
